Despite all the successes of the European Union, the union of states has not come out of its permanent crisis since 2008. All participants in the discussion “Europe – quo vadis?”, which took place in Salzburg on the eve of the Day of the Order under the moderation of former Governor Franz Schausberger (Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Knights of Honour), agreed on this. In the end, proposals were made on how the Order could work for Europe.
