It is our sad duty to inform you of the passing of our esteemed Knight of the Order, General Eugene Marchuk (Commandery International), who passed away in Kiev on August 5, 2021. Eugene was an extraordinary personality and, as the architect of the “Minsk Agreement”, worked at all levels for a peaceful solution to the conflict in Eastern Ukraine. He served his country until old age and was highly respected by all political forces.
