Excerpt from the Chancellor’s letter on the passing away:
It is with great sadness that we have received news of the passing of our highly esteemed Knight of the Order, Gerhard W. Dressler. He passed away on February 12, 2022, after a short and serious illness. My and our sympathy belongs to Gerhard’s family. In particular, my thoughts are with our Dame of the Order Eva Demmerle, the daughter of the deceased.
Gerhard was only admitted to our Order last October in Lilienfeld by our Grandmaster, but he was bound to the Imperial House and the tradition of our Order all his life.
