25 years ago – 3 years after Austria’s accession to the EU – the border bars at the Brenner Pass fell. Since then, border controls with Germany and Italy have been a thing of the past. Especially for the European region Tyrol-South Tyrol-Trentino a historic milestone. So it was not surprising that a delegation of our Commandery Europaregion Tirol also participated in the celebrations on 1 April 2023.
